Four-Station Hot & Cold Heel Counter Forming Machine

Used after lasting and before sole adhesive application to shape and stabilize the heel area. Two heated stations soften the heel counter and upper material and press them into the required heel contour, while two cooling stations set and lock the shape to reduce heel collapse, deformation, and rebound during later production.

Used to shape and reinforce the toe area by forming the toe puff together with the upper material. Controlled heat and pressure help create the required toe profile and provide structural support, allowing the toe box to retain its intended shape during subsequent assembly and wear.
