Everyday lifestyle and commuter footwear — canvas, knit, suede and leather uppers on injected or cemented soles, in men’s, women’s and unisex lasts.
Outdoor & Sports Shoes
Trail, barefoot and light hiking constructions with high-abrasion rubber outsoles, mesh and TPU-reinforced uppers, and tooling built for grip patterns.
Comfort Slippers
Wool, cotton and terry house shoes in open-back and closed-heel constructions, plus indoor–outdoor footbed styles. Our longest-running category.
Medical Footwear
Diabetic and post-operative footwear with wide toe boxes, seamless linings, removable footbeds and full hook-and-loop opening for swollen or dressed feet.

Our factory is equipped with essential footwear manufacturing machines covering every key production stage, including material cutting, upper stitching, lasting, sole attaching, shaping, and finishing. Each type of equipment is used to ensure efficient and consistent production across different shoe constructions.
These machines enable us to produce a wide range of footwear, including casual shoes, outdoor and sports shoes, comfort slippers, and medical footwear, with stable quality and flexible production capacity for both small and large orders.
Industrial Heating & Drying Oven
Used for controlled heating and drying during footwear production. The oven helps activate adhesives, remove residual moisture, and maintain the required temperature before bonding or subsequent processing, helping create stable conditions for sole attachment.
Adhesive Spraying Machine
Used to apply adhesive evenly to designated bonding areas of footwear components. Controlled spraying helps maintain consistent adhesive coverage and reduces uneven or excessive glue application before the components move to bonding and assembly.
Four-Station Hot & Cold Heel Counter Forming Machine
Used after lasting and before sole adhesive application to shape and stabilize the heel area. Two heated stations soften the heel counter and upper material and press them into the required heel contour, while two cooling stations set and lock the shape to reduce heel collapse, deformation, and rebound during later production.
Toe Puff Machine
Used to shape and reinforce the toe area by forming the toe puff together with the upper material. Controlled heat and pressure help create the required toe profile and provide structural support, allowing the toe box to retain its intended shape during subsequent assembly and wear.
Sole Pressing Machine
Used after adhesive application and sole positioning to press the upper and outsole firmly together. Controlled pressure helps achieve uniform contact across the bonding surface, strengthens the upper-to-sole bond, and reduces the risk of gaps or separation around the sole edge.
Industrial Shoe Sewing Machine
Used to stitch upper panels, linings, reinforcements and other footwear components together during upper production. Industrial sewing equipment provides controlled stitching for different materials and seam structures while helping maintain consistent stitch positioning and workmanship in bulk production.
Injection Molding Machine
Used to inject heated molding material into dedicated shoe molds to form soles or other molded footwear components. Controlled material feeding, temperature, pressure and molding cycles help maintain consistent dimensions and shape while supporting efficient batch production.
Shoe Upper Die-Cutting Machine
Used to cut leather, fabric, mesh and other upper materials into required shapes with dedicated cutting dies. Controlled cutting pressure helps maintain accurate dimensions, clean edges and consistent component quality, providing efficiently prepared upper parts for stitching and subsequent footwear production.
